Gentle Yoga: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00-10:00AM

A peaceful practice that will nurture a variety of distinct needs, from movement limitations, muscle stiffness, relief from disabilities and chronic conditions like arthritis, back pain, and other musculoskeletal issues, recovery from surgery, illness or injury. Gentle yoga is perfect for new practitioners, seniors, during or after pregnancy, or those simply seeking a peace inducing relaxed-paced yoga practice. This practice includes floor work and standing postures, which are approached in gradual steps with plenty of time to focus on the breath (Pranayama) and balance within the body. You will experience a gentle release of tension and stress for an overall calming feeling of peace and relaxation within your mind, body, and spirit.

Power Vinyasa: Wednesday 6:30-7:30PM

A fun yet vigorous based yoga practice, where the movement of the body flows with the breath (pranayama) to transition between held postures (asanas). The traditional Sun Salutation sequence will be blended with challenging variations paired with asana sequences. We’ll raise our heart rates and break a sweat, therefore burning through stress and detoxing our bodies.  Even within a stronger practice we should always listen to our bodies and give it what it needs, so plenty of options will be given to either deepen an asana or take a gentler approach. We will challenge ourselves and grow even stronger as we practice arm balances and other advanced asanas. Come join in to find your focus and strength within this playful practice!

Level: Intermediate to Advance


Vinyasa Yoga:  Friday 9:00-10:00AM

The breath and movement of the body flow seamlessly from one Asana (yoga pose) to the next. Sun salutations are a series of 12 asanas linked together by the breath and will be practiced throughout the class. This flow or ‘Vinyasa’ keeps the body warm and limber in order to gain energy to hold various poses for longer periods. A beautiful blend of asanas and movement will challenge our stamina, strength, balance, flexibility and our ability to relax and meditate as well.

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Yoga classes may include:

Meditation (clear & quiet mind practice)
Mudras (hand postures or yogic sign language)
Face Yoga (release tension and promote glowing youthful skin)
